Living Space Housing appoints Connells as selling agent on its flagship Malvern Oaks scheme

Living Space Housing has appointed Connells to be the selling agent on its flagship Malvern Oaks scheme, which is situated in the picturesque village of Cradley, on the outskirts of Malvern, Herefordshire.

Malvern Oaks will be launched to the market on Saturday 18th July, with the first homes scheduled to complete in autumn 2020. 19 family houses and bungalows will be released for sale, with off-plan prices for the first release starting from £220,000. The development is in a scenic rural location, benefitting from dramatic views over the Malvern Hills.

Construction work is already well underway at Malvern Oaks, with roof coverings being installed on the first tranche of homes. A new playground is also being developed to create a natural meeting place and encourage a strong sense of community amongst the future occupiers.

A show home and marketing suite will be opened to the public in October.
