Pixiefields

Living Space acquired a six-acre development site in Cradley, on the outskirts of Malvern, Herefordshire, in conjunction with leading affordable housing provider Stonewater. The development agreement was worth £3.8 million.

The site delivered 51 brand new homes, with a mix of two bedroom bungalows and three and four-bedroom family homes. Central to the scheme was a green space area, together with a new playground. 19 of the homes were sold on the open market, with the remainder through Stonewater's shared ownership and affordable rent schemes.
