Living Space has been granted Reserved Matters planning for the construction of 53 affordable homes, all of which will be fitted with an air source heat pump and an EV charging point.

The 5.8-acre development will see the delivery of 1-bed maisonettes, 2-bed bungalows and 2, 3 and 4-bedroom family homes, and will be built with brick and render with reconstituted stone cills and brick quoin detailing.
