Living Space is constructing the second phase of its Bath Road development. The 4.2-acre second phase will deliver 48 affordable homes to Stonewater, the sole Registered Provider for both phases of the project.
The new phase has been designed to meet a diverse range of housing needs, to include one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom properties, with a tenure mix of 30% Shared Ownership, 30% Affordable Rent, and 40% Social Rent The plans have been generated in response to a range of factors including local demand, analysis of existing local housing stock, and affordable housing need.
Over 40% of the site will be dedicated to green, public open spaces, creating a healthier, more resilient neighbourhood and supporting local biodiversity.
