Living Space Housing opens the doors to its debut scheme on the outskirts of Malvern

October 20, 2020

Living Space Housing has opened the doors to its debut scheme, located in the picturesque Herefordshire village of Cradley, on the outskirts of Malvern. A sophisticated four-bedroom show home illustrates Malvern Oaks’ quality and design, where 25 per cent of the 19 houses and bungalows are already sold off-plan.

The newly unveiled show home has been fully furnished by Lifestyle Interiors with striking bespoke pieces, all influenced by the dramatic views over the Malvern Hills. An impressive street scene showcases the various home designs available at Malvern Oaks and the first homes will be ready to move into within the coming weeks.

With just 14 homes remaining for sale, prices for the three and four-bedroom family houses range from £275,000 to £485,000, while spacious bungalows are priced from £350,000. The majority of homes in the current release benefit from the Stamp Duty holiday and the Government’s Help-to-Buy initiative, which both come to an end in March 2021. The Solihull-based developer is also offering a discount of £5,000 to all Key Workers.

Maddie Robinson, Sales Manager for Living Space Housing said: “We are so excited to have opened the doors to our flagship Malvern Oaks scheme, unveiling the beautiful four-bedroom show home, which showcases the specification, quality and spacious dimensions of these lovely homes. The first people to view fed back that the outstanding build quality and interior design far exceeded their expectations. Five of the houses and bungalows have already sold off-plan, so those interested in living at Malvern Oaks need to book an appointment to view at their earliest convenience.”

The collection of traditional brick and render homes feature a quality specification, including contemporary fitted kitchens, complete with a range of integrated appliances. All bathrooms and en-suites will feature Porcelanosa wall tiling and complementary Karndean flooring.

Gemma Schofield, Managing Director of Lifestyle Interiors said: “The interior design for Malvern Oaks is a breath of fresh air and showcases how chic and refined country living can be. Rather than checks, tweeds and rabbit patterns, we have opted for warm woods contrasted with grey, white and rich blue tones, which let the spacious surroundings and the inspiring views from Malvern Oaks do the talking.”

A new playground is being built at Malvern Oaks to create a natural meeting place and encourage a strong sense of community amongst the future residents.

Cradley is typical of Herefordshire’s peaceful, close-knit villages, renowned for its breathtaking countryside. St James Church, which dates back to the Norman era, is situated in the centre of the village. Other local amenities include Cradley Chapel, a butchers and general store, the Red Lion Pub, Cradley C of E Primary School and the timber-framed Village Hall, which dates back to the 16th Century. A Resource and Heritage Centre, Post Office counter, community design and printing services, and a regular programme of activity sessions for all ages are all on offer in the Village Hall.

Malvern Oaks is located off Pixiefields, Cradley, Herefordshire, WR13 5ND. The show home is available to view between 10am – 5pm seven days a week. To book your appointment, please call 0800 161 5416 or email MalvernOaks@livingspacehousing.co.uk.
