Husum Way

Living Space is delivering 40 homes for Community Housing on a 2.1 Ha (5.2-acre) site off Husum Way, on the outskirts of Kidderminster, Worcestershire. 26 of the homes are for shared ownership with the remaining 14 for affordable rent and 8 for social rent. The scheme will feature a mix of two to four-bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses and is our first project with Community Housing.
