A discount of £5,000 off the purchase price on selected Living Space homes. The scheme is open to serving Armed Forces, Reserve Forces, HM Armed Forces Veterans (ex-serving), MoD Civil Servants, War/Service widowers, and UK-based NATO Personnel.
The Government’s Force’s Help to Buy initiative can be used in conjunction with this offer, which enables servicemen and servicewomen to borrow up to 50% of their salary (to a maximum of £25,000), interest free, to help buy their first home, move to another property on assignment, or as their family needs change.
Alternatively, the Government’s regular Help to Buy scheme can also be used with Living Space’s Armed Forces Discount, enabling purchasers to buy a new home priced up to the value of £600,000 with just a 5 % deposit.
