World-class Health & Safety wins Living Space Gold Medal Award from RoSPA

Living Space, the specialist affordable housing developer, has been honoured with a Gold Medal Award from RoSPA, in celebration of its fifth consecutive Gold Award for Health and Safety in five years, recognising exceptional standards in accident prevention and site safety across its operations.

Living Space’s achievement spans from 2021 to 2025, reflecting a sustained commitment to maintaining the highest levels of health and safety for its employees, contractors, and partners.

Now in its 69th year, the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards attract almost 2,000 entries annually from over 50 countries, covering more than seven million employees worldwide. It is the world’s largest and most prestigious health and safety awards programme, recognising organisations and individuals who set the benchmark in accident prevention.
